KST Mecha

It arrived fast and was super easy to put together. I only had to clean up a little flash and a mould line here or there but honestly i can't fault it at all. Sadly my painting doesn't do it any justice, but it's a solid 10/10

This is the Kurganova Mecha - a really well produced miniature war machine. The imaginative mix of futuristic 'walker' technology with what looks like a 1950's Soviet tractor works very well. The detail is good (dials on the facia, structured pipes on the guns etc) and it all fits together extremely easily thanks to well defined locator holes. As long as time is given to properly cleaning and priming the model, as per Raging Heroes instructions, it paints up beautifully. I've given this one a bit of a 'weathered' look with paint chips and muck around the exhausts etc. but it stil looks bright and 'dangerous'. Really enjoyed making and painting this one. I have stuck to the basic Kurganova palette of colours but a bright yellow or blue, or a heavily weathered rusty/orange one, would look good as well.

The Mech itself is fantastic but a bit difficult to build particularly when attaching the ammo belt. As an advice to future buyers I would recommend attaching the legs last that would make it a lot easier to attach the ammo belt and paint the underbelly of the mech. I also had a bit of trouble painting the pilot but that's probably just me and my mediocre painting skills to blame
